Recently BMW has boldly stated on their company website, "When the engine starts the texting stops."1. This is in response to the increase risk of an accident occurring due to someone texting while driving. Many of you who are reading this has probably sent a text while driving and thought nothing of it. Hopefully none of you are habitual offenders.
